Andreas Jurgeleit (34) is the new Head of Operations & Customer Service at ERS Railways. Born in Lübeck, Germany, with 15 years of experience in intermodal transport, Jurgeleit is a specialist in the operation of complex processes involving the transport modes of ship, rail and road.
As Head of Operations & Customer Service, Jurgeleit and his team of 25 will be responsible for customer service for the entire ERS network in Germany and the Netherlands from July 2023. Jurgeleit succeeds Tânia Tiemeier in his new role.
Jurgeleit brings with him many years of national and international experience in logistics, order processing and customer service. After completing a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on forwarding and logistics, he has worked for ECL in various positions of increasing responsibility.
